    I have two TV-Cards and even tho there is no recordings and all channels are green in channel list, I get an error saying cannot start time-shifting. I don't think i have ever solved this problem so the time is now.

    Hello Quarter

    The zip file appears to be empty. Could you please double check it. Please grab the TV Server log files too.

    So this was happening at around 17:30 today, right?
    From what I can see, your Media-PC was tuned to FOUR:
    [2014-01-20 17:21:13,566] [Log ] [4 ] [DEBUG] - card: user: Media-PC:4:0 tune DVBS:tv:Mediaworks FOUR

    Then somebody started trying to view TVNZ channels with Client-PC at around 17:30:
    [2014-01-20 17:31:19,147] [Log ] [19 ] [DEBUG] - card: user: Client-PC:6:-1 tune DVBS:tv:TVNZ TV2

    With the first tuner occupied, TV Server attempted to use the second tuner... however it failed to lock on signal. I suspect that the reason for that is your tuning details for the TVNZ channels appear to be off:
    [2014-01-20 17:31:19,167] [Log ] [19 ] [INFO ] - dvbs: Tune:DVBS:tv:TVNZ TV2 Freq:12478000 ONID:47 TSID:22 SID:1036 PMT:0x10E FTA:True LCN:10000 SymbolRate:27800 Modulation:ModNotSet Polarisation:LinearH InnerFecRate:Rate3_4 DisEqc:None band:Universal Pilot:NotSet RollOff:NotSet

    Check Optus D1 on Lyngsat:
    http://www.lyngsat.com/Optus-D1.html

    ...and you'll see that the TVNZ transponder should be:
    frequency = 12483000 kHz
    symbol rate = 22500 ks/s
    modulation = not set (QPSK)
    polarisation = horizontal
    FEC rate = 3/4

    If I were you I'd rescan that transponder with a single transponder scan.
