Try playing around with line 31 (posx) and 33 (width) in the file

However there is 1 thing I'm missing, an exit/close button. Is there any way to (manually) add such a feature?

The topbar plugin contains a shutdown and a exit button:

Is there a way to remove option from the home screen on this?

What I'm looking for is to only have the following show.

My Videos
My Music
My Photos
My Radio
Weather
My Plugins (or just the netflix manager)

Ok, well I found how to remove them but now how to you make it look better so all the icons are lined up instead of spaced all over the place??

Edit #2: Ok I got them all organized by just re-arranging them in the basichome.xml file it worked but was no fun. I was able to add the Netflix Manager to the home page as well works great, now if I can just get the Netflix Manager to work as well.

This is by far (!) the best skin that I've seen so far!
Thank you very much for this great skin!

It even shows up decently on my old 4:3 TV... and also always ready to accept my upcoming 720p/1080p display!
Also thank for the tutorial on how to change and remove items from Basichome - very helpful!


One problem though,
MediaPortal 1.0.0.0 RC3 keeps bugging me about this skin, and says that it's "outdated"..
Can that be fixed please?

All you have to do is edit the references.xml file and change the version from 0.9.3.0 to 0.9.2.0 and the error message will go away.

Hi AJ1405 - great work on this skin - it is by far the nicest looking skin around. I've recently upgraded to For the Record 1.3 plugin which now supports live tv replacing the entire default tv plugin for mp - it's very nice - is there any plan to support FTR 1.3 in a future release of your skin or is there something I can do with 0.9 to make this work - in fairness I have tried it yet as you don't explicitly support it so I may just try it and report any issues - any comments?

When I start MP in basichome there is nothing on my External Display then "Startbildschirm". Can I change it anywhere??
When I go to a submenu the display show the correct thing, like" Meine Filme" or others, but nothing in basichome.
