I decided to make a completely new thread now that I have narrowed down my problem a bit, and only post one problem in one thread, to make it clearer for others to see.

When I try to minimize MP to tray while a video is running (any video, be it tv or dvd), it stays open, but becomes unresponsive. I am able to restore it with a bit of luck and clicking on the systray icons to try and restore it to full screen.

This happens only with Exclusive DirectX enabled.

Tried it with the 0.2.2.0 build and about a week ago downloaded svn build.

Is this a general problem or just on my system?

PS. I will be installing my HTPC again on Windows XP Professional SP English version, will post if the problem disappears or remains.

    Hi,
This could be related to this Mantis report & it doesn't have a real fix yet.

I see the same here when trying to minimize to tray when playing video.

    Regards

Somehow I am glad to find out it is not my setup that is screwed up (since you can reproduce it), but on the other hand I would have liked it to be a simple setting that could be fixed :)
