Wonder if that could be the mpc audio filter, you could try nevcariels lav filter instead, media player will use MS audio codec for playback, that may be why its works there.

Yeah i'm hereand i don't know why it didn't work it seems like you are not in 1:1 (refresh rate monitor/tv based on movie).
You can try to correct it by using reclock or MP Audio Renderer and/or match refresh rate of movie 1:1 refresh rate on video screen.
Like video @24, set your refresh of graphics card @24 and so on for 60 and 50hz.
But the strange thing is that it seems working correctly on mpc-hc.
