HI all,

This might be a little offTopic here, but I guess the right people with anwsers read this thread.

For testing purpose of CCC 12.8, I switched from the spdif xonar connection to my receiver, to the ATI HDMI connection to the receiver. Now what I notice is that since, the detected FPS from the mediafile and actual Hz/FPS have changed.
If I play the movie Battleship in
MPC-HC, it reports 23.976fps content.
MP 1.3a with HDMI connection reports it as 23.9998fps and sets the htpc to 24hz. (not using MPAR ofcourse)
MP 1.3a with SPDIF xonar connection reports it as 23.976xx and sets the htpc to 23.976hz.

Its puzzling to me. Looks like putting the receiver (which accepts hdmi in/out) in between the htpc and TV influences things. Is there logic behind what I am seeing?
On the positive note, I see very very few framedrops.
