Combine DVB EPG with analog DVB (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I've been searching the EGP section of this forum but haven't found any answers to my questions, being:
1. Is it possible to combine the EPG info of my DVB card with the XML info I'm retrieving? Currently, I'm having two different EPG's for my digital and analog card and it would be very nice to have one EPG for both.
2. If I could only get the DVB EPG to work for both cards that would be good enough as well. But how to go about that?
3. Is it possible to rename the DVB EPG channel names without loosing the EPG info? If Yes, how?

I know, it's 3 questions in 1 thread, but they are very closely related.

Update (20-09-2006):
Tried it out. Seemed to work. However, I did something stupid. I deleted all TV entries to start fresh. Wanting to retrieve a fresh digital channel list first (and later on the analog one) I was surprised to see that in stead of 100+ I now have 10 digital channels... all scrambled!!
A matter of taking one step forward, two steps back... :-(

But still DQ, I do think this will work. Thanks for the tip!!
