como exportar grabaciones de tv

    he conseguido grabar un programa de la tele y puedo verlo correctamente, mi problema es que quiero grabarlo en dvd como haría con un archivo avi o mpeg pero en la carpeta en la que supuestamente mediaportal pone las grabaciones hay varios archivos con extension .tmp.sbf
    no se que tipo de archivo es ni como grabrlos, me podeis echar una mano??

    No se que version usas, pero el MePo guarda 2 tipos de archivo al hacer las grabaciones, uno es un .XML para guardar los datos de la grabacion y otro es un .TS, transportstream, que si podras grabarlo o transformarlo sin probmeas en VOB para DVD.
