Yes, the latest revision on the public svn server seems to be 25496. Yesterday I had problems with updating and I always got an error message. Downloading the whole svn again fixed the problem.

You should post these error reports in the proper forum, so our admin can react to it. There was an issue with our SVN servers and high worked hard to fix it. Probably high forgot to make sure the servers sync automatically.

I can confirm that 25496 is compiling without errors, just tried it.
