However, the TV Server was messed up completely due to some unknown reason. Looks like I have to do a complete reinstall. Tried uninstall and when tried to install again, it shows that there is a previous version on the box. Once uninstalled, I deleted the folders and made sure that there were no registry entries referring to MP. Once tried to reinstall, it again shows that previous version existing.
