i am unfamiliar with your remote, i am probably wrong, but maybe those buttons go to hid commands. hip can only get inputs from one input i think, and since your using generic input you cant select hid. but go into mediaportal config, go to remote controls and try enabling one of the generic hid remotes, probably either the mce remote or maybe keyboard hid, i am unsure which one, but what leads me to think this is the green mce button, i think mce remotes work using hid, so that green button will probably be a hid command, and the others that work are most likely the same.
