Compro VideoMate DVB T200 - "No Signal" error


well, like it says on the tin, i have plugged a working ariel into the correct hole in the back of the card. when i press autoscan it come back with nothing, it cant find anyhting, not a single channel.

the ariel has a signal booster too. and is set to the right area in the UK. but not a sausage out of it.

it seems loads of ppl have the same error, but no where can i find a fix for it?

has anyone else had this problem or know where i can find a solution?

Have card issues myself, but I have used both T200/T300 successfully. However, when I scan, I don't use Crystal Palace as it seems to miss channels, although I am close to the transmitter. I do scan with UK - All regions and it picks up the channels.

sorry, but i just dont get anything, i can scans all regions, or my specific region, but it doesnt pick up a single channel.

the compro software says that there is zero signal strength, but MP says there is full signal strenght, but no signal quality. basically i'm stumped. which sooftware should i beleive.

anyways, the same problem persists, help pls.
