[no Bug] Config files have wrong names (1 Viewer)

Hi,
i'm using Media Portal 1.1 RC 4, each time i install it on my computer the config files for setuptv.exe and tvservice.exe have the names setuptv.exe.config or tvservice.exe.config so the tvservice can't run properly.

Hardware:
Intel Core 2 E6400
Abit IP 35-E
8800GTS

Software:
MediaPortal 1.1 RC 4 custom Installation
MySQL 5
Windows 7 64 Bit

i attached the installation log, i tried it different times and each try the failure appears.

Its only a problem for server versions of windows as i know.
There is no problems with this file names on supported operating systems so far.

Hm it seems that i reacted to fast, i recognized the described behaviour first on two different server os, so i reinstalled my Media Portal Installation on the described system and the first start behaves same.
Second start works great.
Sorry for this bug report
