Configuration.exe and SetupTv.exe don't scale correctly with high DPI (1 Viewer)

Having freshly updated my laptop to 1709, I confirm this happens on that version too.

i can confirm this issue. @Sebastiii, it is the version, you have installed in TeamViewer session some weeks ago. Unfortunately at the moment i have no spare time for testing.

Ok i have set only one screen at DPI 150, will try on ma laptop
And will try to fix this, i should be able to reproduce, keep you informed

tried it on good old win7 with dpi scaling enabled and it seems like that it's reacting in the same way.
so that i doubt that those recent win10 scaling changes are to reason (at least for this ^^)
only with 1.17 config gets scaled right but a bit blurry...

I did try many thing for now (on laptop i was able to reproduce it ) but no luck

anyway, config is still functionally but without a beauty award atm.
