I have Visual Studio 2005 installed. When running Configuration.exe, and scanning for local media i get the error-msg:
An unhandled exception of type 'System.TypeInitializationException' occurred in Unknown Module.

Additional information: The type initializer for 'SQLite.NET.SQLiteClient' threw an exception.
