2. Seems to work pretty fine at the first attemp. This is really great.
3. Issue #1:
How does it work when I have recordings scheduled as "Always on..."? As far as i tested it, it then deletes all schedules, even if they are not confliging at another time. Example:
I have a schedule "Always on this channel" for show A. Its running daily 8-9 am and 3-4 pm.
I now set up a new recording "Weekly" for show B running from 8-9 am.
If i then click "Skip conflicting recording", does it remove all schedules of Show A?
4. Suggestion:
Thinking about it I would say that it would be good to have an option like: "Do nothing" and leave conflicts as they are, because sometimes its only a few minutes and you are willing to miss a bit of one show.
5. Issue #2:
The popup-windows is on the bottom of the screen, at least with BlueTwo-Skin. Maybe this should be centered.
thank you for implementing this great feature, very useful. I experienced the same issues as stated above, thoug.
But now there is another suggestion I'd like to make:
What about an "intelligent" conflict warning feature? In case the same TV show is broadcasted at a different time, it could ask the user if he'd like to record this one instead? Problem solved whereas you still don't miss your show.
What du you think about it?

That sounds nice - I know there are some series-episode fields in the EPG but I think this isn't always complete. Instead keying on programme name and description I think would be a suitable sql query - then offer ones that don't clash with existing recordings.
"Sorry I can't let you do that.... but you might want to choose one of these alternate transmissions"
