I get fed up with continual locking up when you have watched a recorded movie and then you want to go back to live tv, this seems to be an ongoing issue.
I don't know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing, but I found it easier to just create a little batch script that will first of all shut down the TV service, then reboot the remote client pc, and then restart the TV service again.
This is quite handy when I'm not around and someone else wants to watch the Satellie, but can't because it's locked up yet again.
it's not an idea solution, but I hope that Media Portal will become more and more stable as it is a really good app.
