Converting files from multiple folders (1 Viewer)

I tried adding files from multiple folders for .APE->.FLAC conversion, but only the files from the last folder that was chosen were converted and the rest gave a message saying "Error opening file".

Additionally the general settings for automatic file naming and folder creation didn't work in the conversion, rather the old name was simply copied and folders weren't created. But I guess that's no surprise as the wiki says that those settings are only for ripping. Could it be made so that they would work for conversions too?

I'm running MPTagThat on WinXP.
