Copy mediaportal to new disk (1 Viewer)

I've just had to re-install Windows 7 to a new partition. My old partition with Media portal installed is still accessible but not bootable.

If I run the Mediaportal 1.2RC installer on my new partition what is the easiest way to get all the settings from the old partition?

Folder location details can be found in our wiki -->here<--.

Most of the MediaPortal settings can be found in MediaPortal.xml, which is in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal (note: that is a hidden folder - paste the path into Windows Explorer).
MP video, folder, picture and music databases can be found in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Database.
Thumbs and logos can be found in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs.
TV Server settings are in a database. If you didn't export them before you switched partitions then unfortunately I think they're irretrievable.

Thanks for those locations mm. I have managed to restore the old partition so didn't go through with the attempt to copy the set-up.

AFAIK MySql database files can be copied without having to go through the DBMS so it shouldn't be too hard to copy the TV server if it came to it.
