Copy recordings to WHS server? (1 Viewer)

Yeah, thats what I'm asking.... but I run 4tr with tv-server. I will change the recordings folder there to the unc and see what happens...

Edit: If you have WHSv1, don't record to a share in the drive pool. it'll only give you trouble.

I am on whs2011 now. but i think last time I tried it was like that...
First was attempt to set the share as recording folder wasn't successful. When trying to record something there will be no file in the share. I think it is because of tvservice is running under "System" which has no rights to write remotely. i will do some research in the forums...

You may also need to edit the 4TR plugin settings.

4TR now has a wiki, it's still a work in progress, but perhaps there's information there.
