Correcting imported media info, and TV series not importing. (1 Viewer)

I'm using 2.1 final on Windows 7.

0) How do you correct imported movie info? There are many movies that imported the wrong data.

1) TV Series aren't importing at all. Is there some special naming convention I have to use for the folders/files?

I solved my TV Series importing problem, by renaming the media files with the prefix "SnnEoo" (where "nn" is the two-digit season number, and "oo" is the two-digit episode number), and then using a utility (I forgot the name of the utility, but when I get home from work, I'll edit this message with the appropriate info) to create appropriate NFO files.

IMHO, MP1 (with a plugin) was much easier to use in this regard.

I don't understand why a plugin won't work for this. One was attempted, and subsequently abandoned, and there's currently some sort of web thing that's under development.
