I am using MP for abount 4 months using Vista. Last week I did a complete fresh reinstall using Win 7 32 bits. I have 3 DVB-C cards and after the upgrade I cannot use all 3 cards at same time. First I thought the problem was a damage card, so I removed all 3 and tested one by one. All cards are fine.
If I use TV Server configuration to scan channels using only one card (removing the other 2) and rotating the cards the signal quality and strength is perfect (100%). If I use two cards, sometimes I have a no signal in one of them. If I use 3 cards, I have no signal for sure for one of them. I changed the coax cables in my tests and cables are fine.
When I am watching TV and if I try to use the third card, I receive a message that there is no signal and checking the logs, the only strange thing that I can see is:

2009-11-18 01:34:03.594840 [6]: dvb: could not get IBDA_Topology from tuner
Any ideias?
