Hi
I'm a bit new to MP but hopefully someone can help...
When I add new movies to moving pictures they don't download every movie's cover art or backdrop
MP 1.1.1 & MP 1.1.2 (Does the same) Moving Pictures 1.0.8:1153
Win 7 64-bit

An example of a problem in your log is:

    Code:
19-Jan-2011 06:28:33 Error [ FileBasedResource]: Failed downloading cover art for "Bad Boys": http://hwcdn.themoviedb.org/posters/670/4bc92885017a3c57fe010670/bad-boys-original.jpg

But when I visit: http://hwcdn.themoviedb.org/posters/670/4bc92885017a3c57fe010670/bad-boys-original.jpg it loads fine

Try to load it manually yourself from your computer, HTPC, etc. do you get any errors? Do you perhaps have some blocking solution running at router level? or software based such as PeerBlock, etc. Check to see if the IP is blocked otherwise, which would be: 69.16.175.42

    I have BitDefender 2010 Internet Security 64-bit.
I have noticed sometimes it brings up a notification that a port scan was block with a IP address that looks similar to that one.
The IP address isn't always the same though.
How can I make BitDefender allow moving-pictures???
I've added MP and MP-Config to my BD Firewall...

    So now everything works?

Should be easy to verify, simply manually open those failed cover URLs from the log file into your browser and see if they load then.

It really sounds to me like some program on your system like BitDefender or something is blocking the connections for some reason. If you can access the URL in the web browser the Moving Pictures should be able to access it. If you want to post DEBUG log files I can take a look at those (what you posted above did not contain enough information), but I suspect I will not be able to give you much of a different answer.

    No luck with BitDefender.
It has a option to disable port scan but it is not recommended...
Is there no one that has BitDefender and had the same problem???

BTW with some other covers that I checked if my browser opens don't or just take very long.
(Not my internet connection coz everything els works fine and I get a download rate of +- 40kb)

Why would MP-TV Series be able to download pics for all of my series but moving-pictures don't???
