i have a problem with my cover art in "my music" and "my videos".

music:
after i selected and album to play i see a tracklist which is OK.
when i select a song to play or just start playing the album, then after a short while the coverart is disappearing and gets replaced by the nothumb.png.
and as long as i do nothing the cover art is not coming back.
but the moment i start scrolling again through the playlist or start another song then the cover art is coming back.
but then again if i do nothing then after a short while the coverart is disappearing again.
sometimes it disappears after 10 seconds other times it disappears after 40 seconds or 1m32sec.
it's never the same timeframe.

what i also noticed is that when the cover art disappears that the musicinfo also disappears.
the channels, bitrate, etc is also gone.

videos:
here i have a similar problem.
when i just select a movie (not playing) and keep it like this then the coverart is also disappearing.
also everytime a diffirent timeframe.
when i scroll again then it's coming back.

i've been already searching for a while but i can't seem to find the cause of this problem.
i already completely deleted and reinstalled MP twice with the same result.

i included a log.
i hope somebody can help me out with this because it is really frustrating me.

kind regards,
Montecristo

if you check the logs you will see that all the info needed about the system is logged in there.

Please post clean logs. This should be using B3 or B3Wide skin with no third party plugins enabled and in debug mode (use the debug option in the start menu)
Logs should just be for one thing (ie. can you attach logs for your music issue) and also screenshots.

so, i basically should disable all the plugins i added to MP en start with the standard skin in debug mode.
i'll make some screenshots ass well.
    i'll do this right now.

    no logs yet.

i found the problem but i could not fix it yet.

i disabled all the plugins and then started MP again.
    everything seemed ok, no problem.
so, i enabled the plugins one by one and checked everytime in mp and everything was ok.
then i enabled the last plugin that was left. namely the infoservice plugin.
then i started MP again and then it happened again. coverart disappeared.
so the problem is coming from the infoservice.
meanwhile i found out that the covers disappear when infoservice is refreshing it's feeds.

i've been looking around already but can't seem to find the cause.
i will look further but for now i just will disable the infoservice till i fixed this.

I do not believe this is an issue with MP then so have marked it as no bug. Can you raise it as a bug with the infoservice developer?

    Thanks
