Really impressed with this program - just what I have been looking for.

Have being playing with it for about 7-8 weeks and EVERYTHING is fine EXCEPT:-

Even when watching TV or recording, CPU usage is about 50% for MediaPortal BUT when on any of the menu screens (except the Home Menu) such as My Pictures, My Music, My TV (with TV "Off") the screen is very slow to respond to up/down commands (keyboard) and Task Manager shows CPU usage for MediaPortal thrashing around at the 97-100% mark even though nothing is happening - the program is just waiting for keyboard input.

This does not happen when selecting the standard BlueTwo skin.

Are there any experts out there who might be able to help an ageing technophobe?

If you have updated using a SVN, then usually BlueTwo is the only fully updated skin (now BlueTwo wide as well). which may be your issue, so recommend using that.

Might also be worth investing in a Dedicated Graphics Cards Nvidia 6200 will do.

    regards
