crash after installation (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Skin:
Windows Version: xp sp3
CPU Type: core 2 duo t5500 1.6 Mhz
HDD: 250 gb
Memory: 2 gb
Motherboard:asus f3f
Video Card: intel 950 family on board

install all requiretments soft and program correctly when i start sofware load plugings and it's give crash report at the end. i add report below. i wanna try this soft and it's very important for me couse i plan to use dreambox plugin for streaming.. thanks ..

Try and reinstall directx 9.0c from download.microsoft.com (also add .NET 3 and .NET 3.5)
