Scanning 13.0ºE HDTV Channels is crashing at 3=11449,H,27500,8psk,2/3 position in 13.0°E HDTV Channels.ini, after removing this line scanning works without any problem. One thing I've also seen is, that when I press the "Update satellite list" button this file was not downloaded. For 13.0°E it only download's 13.0°E Hotbird.ini, but there are two more files. Same at astra, it only download's 19.2°E Astra 1C_1E_1F_1G_1H_2C.ini but not 19.2°E Astra HD.ini.

at first i move this thread to the tv-server forums because you are using the TV-Server. :p
then i will look at your logs ;)

    *edit*
nothing obvious in the logs. it could also be a driver bug of your tv-card.

regarding the download, seems like kingofsat (where we get them from) doesnt contain that file atm. then.

i don't think that it's a driver bug. scan has worked without problems with some older svn's, sorry can't remember the exact number.

thats weird, bc nothing changed which would effect the scan.

hopefully someone can confirm the issue. :)
