Crash in My Videos (1 Viewer)

Hello, my MP was working fine for 2 months including IP TV and recording and & week ago TV started not working and I have now a lot of crashes including one each time I go in my videos.
I would appreciate if someone can look at the logs and tell me what could be the reason.
