This must be a common issue but i have not seen posts regarding this yet
When watching online videos for on demand TV, ( BBC, 4OD, ITV etc ) MediaPortal sometimes freezes at the end of the video feed. ( letting the video play to the end) this can be averted sometimes when I press stop before end of feed
More frequently though is mediaportal freezing when i try to seek through a video feed. Skip forward and most commonly skip backwards. I have my suspicions that this coudl simply be windows mediap player and your plugin not being able to fresh connections at teh seek point, but it is very fustrating and common no matter what versionof product.
Mediaportal freezes to point i have to restart server or kill mediaportal.exe prcoess remotly ( is use a remote and not keyabord)
Any help would be appreciated. VLC seems very smart dealing with vidoes, have you considered using this tool in your development
