Crashes on startup (1 Viewer)

Hi, MP 1.19 stopped working so I rebooted but now it just flashes up with an error. I tried turning off my nod av and restoring to a previous date but that doesnt help either.

Not able to understand the debug report...am I missing something basic here ?

you mediaportal.xml is corrupted, please remove it and start MP again.

That worked...once I removed the .bak version as well as the original mediaportal.xml
