Create Custom Menus (1 Viewer)

Hi all

Ok I am fairly new to Media Portal from an installation point of view and have previously been using MeediOS (HTPC, Meedio) which is great for being able to add menus and move elements from one menu to another. How can I go about this in MP? I am running the latest version and want to creat a menu structure as follows:

Home
- Music
--- Play CD
--- Jukebox (Play from Server)
--- Radio (DVB / Internet)
--- Online Music Videos
- Movies
--- Videos (Play from Server)
--- Play DVD
--- Online Videos (Google, Yahoo Inet Plugin)
--- Movie Trailers
- TV
--- Watch TV (From Tuner Card)
--- Play Recorded shows (From PVR)
--- TV Shows (Play from Server)
- Pictures
--- View Pictures (From Server)
- Tools
--- Listed here will be all the extra plugins installed ie Games, Recipies, Weather etc
- Settings
--- Listed here would be all the settings options
- Shutdown
--- Shutdown
--- Standby
--- Reboot

Hopefully looking at this you will get the idea of what I want to achieve. MP seems much nicer than MeediOS and I really want to make the move over and become a MP Pro So any info is good info.

You can't customize the menu structure in mp.

I guess you can modify the skins though.

So do I need to be looking at editing the skin rather than the menu? as when you right click a pluin it gives the option to appear on the home or the plugins menu... I want to add to this... is that not poss then? well without coding i mean?
