Create subfield for language item in database (1 Viewer)

Hi,
even if mediainfowrapper class in mediaportal doe's not support language list, we can ask directly mediainfo.dll for language codes via mediainfo class. So i guess there is no problem to implement support for language icons to new version.

To Holzi: at least, you also need to make changes in dblocalmedia and MovingPicturesGUI class.
Mediainfo library support many infos from media file, and bitrate is one of them.

I also would really love to see this feature in a future version since most of my movies are in English and German.
Has anybody requested this in google code yet so I can star it?

Maybe jesseblue could do that since he knows better how to describe this feature. I'm kind of a noob regarding coding/programming.

Hi,

sorry it took so long for me to answer, but I just saw your last posts. I found that this feature was actually requested once for moving pictures here . The thing is that, as I mentioned before, moving pictures is not going to change its implementation of the mediainfo wrapper.

Since MediaPortal is not on google code but sourceforge I didn't know better than to post an enhancement request in the MediaPortal development forum (https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/improvement-suggestions-46/get-language-audio-tracks-mediainfo-dll-87562/). Unfortunately no one has answered yet...
