Current Rating in "my music playing now" not working (1 Viewer)

The current rating (5 stars) in "my music playing now" is in principle not working. I have an organized music database.
The only way to see a rating is as follows:
When i select a musicalbum an rate the tracks before playing via the menu ( F9, Item5: Rating) then i see this rating in "my music playing now".
This rating is stored in the music database.

When i play a rated album (all tracks rated) or single track and play this i see no rating in "my music playing now".

The current rating (5 stars) in "my music playing now" is in principle not working. I have an organized music database.

Sorry I am not following. At the top you say if you rate tracks it works but at the bottom you say it does not.

Can you please clarify what you are saying?

(1). in My Music (shares) I select an Album.
(2). I set a rating for all tracks (via the menu, action 6 Rating)
(3). I select the first track so it plays
(4). I change the view to "now playing"
(5). I see all ratings i have set in (2).
These ratings are stored in the database.

(6). I stop the music (B on the keyboard)
(7). I start the first track again
(8). I change the view to "now playing"
(9). The rating from (2) is not visible (only 5 grey stars).

(10) Whenever i start this album again there is no rating of the tracks visible.

This is largely down to there being no defined standards for storing ratings.
