Custom paths and filenames keeps resetting (1 Viewer)

Description
Every time I load up the TV Server Configuration program, when I go into the Recording options then the "Custom paths and filenames" the values are reset to the defaults.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open TV Server Configuration
Select Recording
Select Custom paths and filenames tab
Recording -> Select Series
Click "OK"

Reopen TV Server Configuration
Select Recording
Select Custom paths and filenames tab

- The options previously selected will have been lost

Try this:

Open TV Server Config
Change custom paths & filenames
Save + Close TV Server Config
Wait 10 seconds
Press WIN+R, type services.msc and press enter
Manually stop the tvservice, then restart the tvservice
Reopen TV Server Config (Have the folders now changed?)
