Just thought I would share this with everyone

you can make your own 20th Century Fox style background for mediaportal

here is a sample I made to show everyone, it looks very nice. I have it for
my skin background and my desktop with taskbar on autohide so when
mediaportal starts it looks good since the background never changes.



I am uploading the stock logo page here so its easier to find

Thank you for this it looks great. It got me thinking tough. Could it be possible to have MediaPortal play some sort of video when it's launched? I'm thinking instead of the splashscreen.

This might be doable with some sort of batch that first launches the movieclip in fullscreen using WMP or some other player and then starts MP in the background?

Or is there a way to create a moviefile with an included player?
