First thing I thought would then be a problem was the thumbs, as the database would still try and find them locally. So I've also moved my thumbs directory to my server as well and now all clients pick up their database and thumbs from the server and there's no performance hit at all as far as I can see. Now I can go to a client and browse my videos and pick up the info from imdb etc. and then go to another client and it now knows about it. I'm so glad I looked at this thread.
