Description
If you got a program description that is more then the field could handle it will start to scroll after a while, the speed will decrease by time and after some hour it seems completely stopped. I have found the symptom everywhere in the TV section, not just in the TV Guide.
This seems not to be a skin problem, and it is found in all current versions (notice it with: default and Nova Black in 1.2.3, default and Titan in 1.3.0b).
I don’t think it is a resource problem, no resources seems to “be eaten” and if you change program it will start over.
I guess that there are some kind of function that calculate scrolling speed depending of amount of text, and that function presumable is not reset after a cycle.
I would call this a “beauty spot” with extremely low priority to fix.
Steps to Reproduce:
Leave MP with scrolling program information on the screen for a moment, the speed will be decreased, and how longer you wait how slower it will scroll.
