Dectecting USB-Harddrive and mediabrowsing from ROOT (1 Viewer)

MP does detect USB-Memorystick in MyMovies (MyVideos) as a new source. Automaticly the new drive is selectable in MyVideos. But my external USB-Harddiskdrives were not detectet as a new videosource. Is there anything I could change about that?

Another solution could be to start browsing from the HTPC´s ROOT-Directory. But I can´t select the ROOT to start browsing from in MyVideos. What path do I have to type to select the HTPC´s ROOT?

Just tryin to figure out the same thing.
Sticks or Cams just work fine, the "new" drive is selectable.
USB HDD doesnt appear automaticly.
