Default View of Video Folder is always a list (1 Viewer)

Hello,

in Setup -> Movies -> Movie folders I checked my Movie directory and set under "edit" the default view to "Big Icons". Nevertheless, when I access that share under MP, it is always a list. Any idea what I'm possibly missing?

Got the same problem. Since i am using RC1 in fact. Might by thats not the reason.

I am trying to figure this one out also.

Try deleting all the files in the CACHE folder, they will be rebuilt during MP's next start.

Depending on your operating system.

Program files\teammediaportal\mediaportal\cache for XP.

Program data\teammediaportal\mediaportal\cache (show hidden folders needs to be enabled) for Vista.

Well I have gotten my videos to start with the big icon view by doing the following.
go into setup-movies-views then go through all the views and change everything to the view of your choice.
