[fixed] Delay on Startup not working (1 Viewer)

Hello.

In MP 1.4 PreRelease it looks like the delay on startup option isn't working any longer. I have activated this function on two Clients - but there is no delay at the MediaPortal start.
Attached are my log files.

I can't do anything about this at the moment, but perhaps another team member can. There is a GIT branch with the fix, and it is tested and working.
