Hi Gorlist Here is the MCE repacemet driver I use. (Extract it somewhere on your harddisk) I reinstalled mine to see how I got it to work, gave me some trubbel, could not delete my ir-remoe driver, but here it is. Uninstalll IR-server suite, to be abel to uninstall the ir-remote driver you have installed. Delete the driver you have now. Reboot and when window wants to install the ir- receiver, point to the directory with the MCE-repacement driver and install, (Windows will say it is not a windows driver, just continue anyway) then reboot. Install the IR-server suite. (This time my remote did not work at all before installing IR-server suite don´t know why), Start the IR-server-suite config to see if it has found the IR-receiver, Microsoft MCE must be marked. Make sure the IR.server-suite is in the MP configuration/plugins and enabled. In your system under your USB-conrolllers, there must be one called “MCE Infrared Remote control”. Under mine driver-property mine says: Driverproducent: MceIrApi Data for driver: 25-02-2007 DriverVersion: 0.19.0.0 Digital signature: Not signed digital. PS. I have made some changes in the mceir_xp.inf from the original.
