[fixed] deploy tool crashes on mpaudioswitcher.ax (1 Viewer)

Perhaps we simply need to build a MediaPortal 1.2.0beta installer with this MPAudioSwitcher.ax, and see if it installs for the people who have reported problems.

Obviously sorting this out is going to be impossible if all of the people (only a few anyway) do not test. No-one on the team can reproduce the problem, so we have no way of knowing if we are fixing it.

Note for the guys who are having problems. If this works, you will need to install the TV server separately. If this does work, I will be happy to explain how you can do this from your install.

But please, please, please could all of you test. Otherwise you won't be able to install 1.2.0 when it is finally released!

Actually Sebastiii made a complete 1.2.0 beta installer, just like the official build, except with the updated mpaudioswitcher component. It installs everything including TV-Server, if selected during install process.

Could you test attached audio switcher ? Just to be sure that this one register alone
The archive contain the filter from MPC-HC team with graphstudio and batch files for register and unregister it.
If this one register correctly and appear in Graphstudio (do a CTRL-F and look in the list) we can be sure that it can be register and working .

After that, we will try to make it for our own

Ah Good news, can you try with this another, it's the same from the installer but separate (make sure you unregister and that didn't appear in the list before trying this new one )
