Most recent testing has been on AMD XP 1800 and 2500. no SSE2

But the failure is also seen on my AMD ATHLON 64 3200 which I'm sure has SSE2.

VISTA 32 SP2 used.

Yes, the Athlon64 CPUs all support SSE2.

However, it would be interesting to have a test MPAudioSwitcher.ax that doesn't have this compiler optimisation.

Did this only start with the shift to VS2010?

EDIT: Good to know at least I can install the regular beta on my i7 now without any problems.
