Im using MP 1.01 with SAF 347 and catalyst 2009.0317.2131.3682

For some reason MP wont play MP4 files

I ran Filmerit and there appear to be no errors

I posted this error on SAF forum, thinking it was a SAF issue

Hoborg pointed out that its something to do with MP, and suggested I ask someone from MP team what it means, the indication he is referring to is:

2009-06-01 15:14:36.093750 [Info.][MPMain]: d3dapp: An error occured in OnResize - Error in the application.
-2005530516 (D3DERR_INVALIDCALL)

Logs attached. Could anyone point me in the right direction to fix this?

hi etheesdad
i had this a while ago and couldn't figure it out, i believed it was some weird codec problem
the way i got around this was rename the file with the MKV extension, all MP4 play fine now
