Having noticed the my HD was chugging away after booting Win7 x32, I checked the Scheduled Tasks and disabled a few obvious ones like Disk Defrag. I also noticed that despite opting out of the Customer Experience Improvement Program, there were still tasks associated with that that were running at login, so I disabled them as well.

There's a couple I'm not sure about though, RacTask and AnalyzeSystem. Does anyone know whether it's safe to disable these and what benefits they offer?
