Diseqc hauppauge 5500 not working (1 Viewer)

Hi!
I have Mediaportal 1.6.0 with Hauppauge 5500 HD running on windows 8.1 with a diesqc swith 2.0 and 1.0. I can scan the satelites and find the channgels. But when i try to watch the channels with diesqc 2.0 i get no signal detected on all channels. When i switch to to just one LNB it works fine. I use Thor 0.8W, and Astra 4.8 E. With Diseqc with 2.0 i can see Thor 0.8W but at Astra i get no signal Detected. I have tried to search for the problem but can't find any answer. Does someone know how to fix this problem with Diseqc and Hauppauge?

I have the same problem. Use MP2 with TVE3.5, this is currently the only option

Sorry for the late reply.
I have the same problem with a 2/1 diseqc 2.0 switch. I can get the card to switch LNB in Hauppuage´s own WINTV, but not in mediaportal.
I've tried MP2 with TVE3.5 too, but still not working. I tried all the DiseqC-Commands, but to no avail.
If I could at least get it to work in MP2 I would be glad.

At the beginning I had the same problem. I'm using also a DiSEqC 2.0 with 2 LNB's. I changed in the scanning screen for 1 LNB to Level1AA and for the other Level1AB and did a new scan. Maybe it helps in your case too.

I have already tried all the different commands available. It never switches to LNB2. It scans LNB1 fine though.

Try to export your tv channels. Search in the exportet xml-file for the specific line which channel doesn't work. What is written behind "DiSEqC"?

I can't even scan on LNB2, so no channels exist on that transponder.
Obviously I can scan if I connect the cable directly on the second LNB, but that doesn't help me.
I'm gonna check the logs though.

Didn't you ever scan without DiSEqC? Maybe I or someone else can help when you upload your logs.

Okay, let me list what I have done:
Scan both LNBs with Diseqc with Hauppauge Winttv - Success
Scan single LNB with MP - Success
Scan diseqc with MP1/2 (Tried all the commands available) - Failure

I guess there's no diseqc-support for the card in MP. So I guess I have to buy a new tuner.
Any suggestions?

The tuner is supported with TVE3.5. I use the Hauppauge HVR-5500-HD behind DISEqC 2.0 with MP2.
I also use 2 LNB's with Level1AA and Level1AB, it's working without problems.

I'm on business trip without my HTPC of course, so I can not check details. but I try to help from my memory:

1. Did you configure your tuner as a hybrid? This is often the root cause for problems. There are 2 possibilities: You uncheck all tuners besides DVB-S or you merge all used tuners into one hybrid.
2. Did you use the last weekly build (20.02.2015 with TVE3.5?)
3. Did you eliminate in ../ProgramData/TeamMediaPortal/MP2-Client/ all settings?
