Hi.

I'm sorry to read this. I hope you could fix this problem, because I bought this card after reading your Wiki. Maybe Wiki should be updated regarding this card: http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/4_HTPC/HTPC_Hardware/TV_Cards.

What DVB S2 card should I buy to be sure that DiSEqC works?

At the time the comments in the wiki were written, DiSEqC was actually working... then TBS changed their interface.
I am not saying that TBS support will not be re-added/fixed. Just that we need more time.
The main complication is that we are mostly focussed on the next generation TV Server ("TVE3.5"). That version already supports TBS DiSEqC and CI... but unfortunately it is not ready for public release with MP1.

In answer to your question, I really wouldn't recommend any other card.
