Originally it was designed to not conflict with live capture as that has its own priority (default of 400), if you exit MePo and enable live capture it would be fine as you haven't cleared it so will work right away.However if you are using live capture in external devices (STB / Console) and exit MePo or put the machine in standby it would disable live capture as well, it's a rare scenario also because most don't use live capture so we could add an option to do a ClearAll and have it enabled by default.Clearing the app priorities should be no problem as once they re-sent the command the priority gets activated again.
