Hey

Using 1.1.1.0
TT CT-3650CI Tuner Card
Windows 7

When Scanning for channels, not all are found. Well in a way they are, but they are scrambled.
I am trying to add the channels manualy, but MP need more info about the channels than I have.

I get my signal thru a local provider that are using YouSee as their provider.

Start-frekvens: 143.000 MHz
End-frekvens: 146.000 MHz
Modulation: 64 QAM
Symbol-speed: 6875 KS/s
Network ID using Digital Boks: 800
Network ID using DVB-C Tuner: 801

I have tried the search function with YouSee Aarhus, And also the YouSee Global.

How do I find the following items, that I need to setup manauly
TransportId
ServiceId
PmtMId

Hope someone can help me....

    Hi cnielsen & mpedersen.

Can you please confirm that Global: Synbolrate 6875 finds all the channels you need.

If all channels are found, please post your logs, so that we can get the Danish tuningdetails in MePo up-to-date.

    /Morten

I do belive I find all channels.
But I am a bit confused what log file you are refering to. I looked under TV server log and I didn't find anything related to tuning or scanning. Can you please guide me?

    Thanks, this did the trick...

The export can be done from the TV Server module - where shall I upload it?

Same problem here, have the full chanel pack and use Region/provider -> Yousee Global.

    Following chanels are missing
    TV 2 Sport HD
    TV 2 Sport
    Eurosport HD
    Eurosport2
    Eurosport 2 HD
    TV 2 Film HD
    TV 2 Film

Is't possible to translate the channel id to a frequenc in mp? Or somebody have the frequenc for each channel for Frederiksberg.

When Scanning for channels, not all are found. Well in a way they are, but they are scrambled.

This is caused by YouSee sending many channels both as encrypted and as unencrypted.
You can bypass this problem by manually scanning one frequency at the time and after each scan delete all encrypted channels.

To make life easier for myself I made hack for MP 1.1.2 which is modified to skip all encrypted channels on DVB-C while scanning. I have attached a patch and binary for 1.1.2. With this modification you can scan as described in other posts. Users capable of decoding encrypted channels should not use this patch.

Sorry about reviving this old thread, but YouSee have been at it again...
I can find all channels EXCEPT "Nickelodeon HD" and "TV5 Monde".

Does anybody know what they are actually called in the scan? Maybe I overlooked them...
