If I were to connect the component out of my STB to the Component input of the tuner card would it work in MP? I tried it and did not get it to work. Due to the problems I have been having with the IR Blasting of my MCE remote I am planning to move over to SageTV (How I wish I could save the $140 - 1 server and 2 clients and instead contribute part of it to the MP community ).</p><p></p><p>I noticed in SageTV that Component input works brilliantly.
