Hello Everyone,

I started using MediaPortal just recently and have only seen version 1.0.2.
My Burner. Does it still work with release 1.0.2? I've searched past thread and see that no one is really having a problem with it, but the last thread was before 1.0.2.

I've installed the two file packages needed.
I have MP installed on a Vista system.
I have the same exact configuration installed on a XP system.
On both systems, I can burn using other programs.
On MP... data, music, or video... I select the files or playlist, I select Start Burning, it asks me yes or no, I select yes... and nothing. Nothing on the screen changes at all. It doesn't freeze or anything... it just doesn't do anything. I can select Start Burn again and press Yes again... but nothing happens.
Am I doing something wrong? I can't see what I'm missing at all.

    I am quickly testing for you:
    • Using Blue3Wide
    • Creating audio CD
    • After track selection I select to burn
    • first I see format conversion MP3->WAV
    • Then it starts to write (after a 10-20second delay)
    • Progress is given: Block 38098 of 193454

    I am on XP and also using MediaPortal 1.0.2

    Thanks rekenarr.
    I don't even see this part--> "first I see format conversion MP3->WAV"
    I tried logging it, but it doesn't show any error on the log. It just doesn't do anything.
    But at least I know it works on someone's setup with 1.0.2.

    Can you please:
    1. clean your log files
    2. make sure in MP Configuration that your log level is set on DEBUG
    3. reproduce the problem
    4. attach your log files here

    Maybe someone can pick up your problem

    Sure, I could. I've already done that, but the nothing even showed up on the log files. I'll do it again though. Thanks. I tried turning on and off Windows IMAPI CD-Burning Service... just in case. But it didn't do anything. I get the same exact thing on the Vista setup. I'll post the log as soon as I get home. Thanks.
